2. Budget & Prequalification

We help you evaluate your project budget and obtain a mortgage prequalification or proof of funds.
Deliverable: Preliminary estimate

3. Feasibility Study

Our team analyzes the zoning and planning regulations of your land to provide a detailed report.
Fee: $1,500 – Deliverable: Feasibility study

4. Comprehensive Pricing Study

We organize a site visit and coordinate quotes from all relevant trades. Your unit will be customized with the help of our advisors.
Fee: $10,000 – Deliverable: Official quotes

5. Final Documentation

Before moving to production, we validate the plans, finish selections, additional options, and installation schedule together. This is also when the purchase contract is signed.

6. Construction Launch

We keep you informed about every stage of the build with rigor and transparency.
Payment: 20% of the project or via mortgage

7. Unit Delivery

Your Constellations home is delivered directly to the selected foundation.
Payment: 70% of the project or via mortgage

8. Handover

Once the work is complete and quality is assured, we hand over your keys along with your homeowner’s guide.
Payment: 10% of the project or via mortgage
