Constellations has quickly established itself as an innovative and visionary startup in the field of sustainable housing. In addition to being named Startup of the Year at the OSEntreprendre Challenge, the company was recognized among the 22 Startups of the Year by C2 Montréal in 2022, highlighting its creative and entrepreneurial potential.

What drives us today
In just three years, we have developed a catalog of distinctive products, built a strong network of partners, and delivered beautiful and unique projects. Constellations is here to develop innovative, sustainable projects tailored to the needs of communities, thanks to a business model that enables greater agility, efficiency, and scalability.
The ongoing exploration of unimodular design — through the processes of conception, drafting, and engineering developed by Constellations — is paving the way for multimodular structures such as condominiums or more conventional residential projects at lower cost. The company aims to contribute to the development of community housing while collaborating with real estate groups across Québec to create signature multimodular projects. These initiatives seek to push the boundaries of construction through a unique combination of factory-built modules and cross-laminated timber (CLT) structures, blending strength, flexibility, and architectural quality.
Constellations develops its signature real estate projects
The Domaine Azimut is an example of the type of ecological real estate project that Constellations aims to develop. It features an eco-community of 12 lots for sale, nestled in the heart of the Laurentian forest. Each lot will host a residence powered entirely by high-quality Franklin solar panels, ensuring complete energy autonomy. This project perfectly illustrates the balance between sustainable innovation and living in harmony with nature, while offering an exceptional living environment.
