Constellations has quickly established itself as an innovative and visionary startup in the field of sustainable housing. In addition to being named Startup of the Year at the OSEntreprendre Challenge, the company was recognized among the 22 Startups of the Year by C2 Montréal in 2022, highlighting its creative and entrepreneurial potential.

What drives us today
In just three years, we have developed a catalog of distinctive products, built a strong network of partners, and delivered beautiful and unique projects. Constellations is here to develop innovative, sustainable projects tailored to the needs of communities, thanks to a business model that enables greater agility, efficiency, and scalability.
Mastering unimodular design, drawing, and engineering allows Constellations to move toward multimodular structures such as condominiums, as well as more conventional, lower-cost residential projects. While the company aims to contribute to the development of community housing, it also seeks to deliver signature multimodular projects with real estate groups in Québec. These projects are designed to push the limits of construction by combining factory-built modules with cross-laminated timber (CLT) structures, offering strength, flexibility, and architectural quality.
Constellations develops its signature real estate projects
The Domaine Azimut is an example of the type of ecological real estate project that Constellations aims to develop. It features an eco-community of 12 lots for sale, nestled in the heart of the Laurentian forest. Each lot will host a residence powered entirely by high-quality Franklin solar panels, ensuring complete energy autonomy. This project perfectly illustrates the balance between sustainable innovation and living in harmony with nature, while offering an exceptional living environment.
