History
A startup born in the midst of the pandemic
Constellations was founded at the height of the pandemic, in a global context of uncertainty that nevertheless sparked innovation and creativity. This period became an opportunity to fundamentally rethink the way modular housing could be designed, manufactured, and delivered with high added value.

Founders and vision
The company was founded by Artistpreneur François Turgeon and co-founded by Gaétan Serrigny, Robert Rondeau, Alfonso Arzapalo, Matthieu Ménard, and Josée Euzébio. Constellations is built on a collegial approach that brings together creators, architects, engineers, and builders. As our founder often says: “It takes more than one star to make a constellation.”

The innovative Kujuk architecture

Birth of the Könek and Tenji prototypes in Lachute
Constellations.house successfully developed all its Könek and Tenji prototypes directly in its Lachute workshop thanks to the invaluable support of the MRC d’Argenteuil. Their financial contribution played a decisive role, enabling not only the creation of these first units, but also the experimentation required to advance our expertise.
This step was essential in the strategic development of our products: it allowed us to validate our prefabrication methods, optimize our processes, and explore eco-responsible solutions tailored to market needs. Beyond technical innovation, this phase also marked a major milestone in the evolution of our business model, strengthening our collaborative approach with regional partners and reinforcing our capacity to design, produce, and install unique, durable structures.
Robert Rondeau, Co-fondateur
The shift to outsourcing (2024)
In 2024, strengthened by our technical learnings and in-depth study of the manufacturing model, we adopted an outsourcing-based business model. This strategic shift allows us to ensure consistent quality, shorten timelines, reduce production-related risks, and focus our team on what we do best: design, innovative product development, and creating exceptional client experiences.
Support 2025
To successfully carry out this transformation, Constellations engaged FSA Conseils and the expertise of its consultants. While their mandate is comprehensive, its main purpose is to support the start-up through strategic and operational guidance, helping navigate this transition process. Their expertise includes optimizing internal and external processes, assisting in the search for and realization of key partnerships, as well as analyzing the best strategies and directions to adopt.
