The Concept Jinga structure is designed using CLT (cross-laminated timber) panels, all precisely pre-machined and then assembled directly on site. This approach allows for fast, sustainable, and eco-responsible construction, while reducing waste and carbon footprint.
Inspired by Montreal’s iconic architecture, notably Habitat 67, the combination of modules in the Concept Jinga stands out with its original and bold composition. Each module is designed to create unique volumes, generating modern, functional, and welcoming living spaces. This fusion of modular design and innovative materials offers a new vision of collective housing, one that is aesthetically pleasing, ecological, and adaptable to contemporary needs.
